Question:

Will my extended healthcare plan cover the costs of my treatments?

Answer:

Only certain regulated modalities are eligible for coverage in Ontario. These professionals enjoy a special status in Ontario and with most insurance Companies. Although Thai Massage enjoys this same status in Thailand, where I am registered with the Government and have worked in the health care system there, it is not recognized here in Ontario.  With this in mind, my services are generally not covered by extended health care plans.

With this in mind, you may still wish to invest in a Thai Massage Session, keeping in mind that only a portion of a limited number of massages would be covered through extended health care.

I encourage you to contact your insurance agent and ask them why a Thai Massage is not covered.

Question:

My treatment was less then the booked time?

Answer:

Your booked time includes time to give you feedback, provide additional exercise, and complete your billing.
