Thai Warrior Massage

A Stronger, More Dynamic Approach to Traditional Thai Bodywork

What is Thai Warrior Massage?

Thai Warrior Massage is a dynamic style of Thai bodywork that builds on the foundations of Traditional Thai Massage while incorporating stronger assisted stretching, acupressure, rhythmic compression, and flowing therapeutic movement. It is designed to help release deep tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling more open, energized, and free in your body.

Offered by Puiy, an instructor trained in Thailand, this treatment blends authentic Thai tradition with a stronger, movement-based approach to bodywork.

New to Thai Warrior Massage? This treatment is always adapted to your comfort level. You do not need to be especially flexible or athletic to benefit from it.

Thai Warrior Massage may be especially helpful for clients with tight hips, stiff shoulders, postural tension, limited mobility, overworked muscles, or active lifestyles. If you enjoy Traditional Thai Yoga Massage but are looking for a stronger, more movement-based treatment, Thai Warrior Massage may be a good next step.

What You Can Expect

Thai Warrior Massage is typically performed on a mat while you remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing. During the treatment, your Thai Therapist uses hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and body positioning to guide you through assisted stretches, compressions, and movements tailored to your needs.

This treatment can range from moderate to strong, but it is always adjusted according to your comfort level and feedback. Many clients find it both deeply releasing and energizing.

At Thai Healing Center, Puiy trained in Thai Warrior Massage with Jack in Phuket and is also an instructor in this style, allowing her to offer the treatment with authenticity, skill, and respect for both its traditional roots and modern evolution.
