Appointment Policy

Respecting each other’s time

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide thoughtful care and a smooth experience for every client.

Missed Appointments

When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved especially for you. We do not double book, and we make every effort to be ready for you when you arrive.

In return, we kindly ask that you arrive on time and provide notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Missed appointments and late cancellations affect our Therapists and make it harder for us to offer that time to other clients who may also be in need of care.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

If possible, we prefer that appointments be cancelled or rescheduled online through our Jane booking app. If you are unable to do so, please contact us by email or leave a message on our voicemail system at least 24 hours in advance.

Providing notice helps us offer that appointment time to another client.

Missed Appointment Fees

If we do not receive notice and you do not attend your appointment, a missed appointment fee may apply.

A fee may also apply if you arrive more than 5 minutes late and we are unable to complete your treatment as scheduled.

Unexpected Situations

We understand that unexpected situations can happen, such as sudden illness, family emergencies, or difficult weather conditions. In those rare circumstances, your Therapist may use their discretion and make an exception to the above policy.

Need to Make a Change?

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or have questions about your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Online changes can be made through our Jane booking app when available.
