
When you book an appointment with us, that time is reserved especially for you. We do not double book, and we make every effort to be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we kindly ask that you arrive on time and provide notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please understand that missed appointments and late cancellations affect our Therapists and make it harder for us to offer that time to other clients who may also be in need of care.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If we do not receive notice and you do not attend your appointment, or if you arrive more than 5 minutes late and we are unable to complete your treatment as scheduled, a missed appointment fee may apply.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by email at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to reach us, please leave a message on our voicemail system. Providing notice helps us offer that appointment time to another client.
Note: We understand that unexpected situations can happen, such as sudden illness, family emergencies, or difficult weather conditions. In those rare circumstances, your Therapist may use their discretion and make an exception to the above policy.
