Traditional Thai Yoga Massage

Based on tradition and techniques dating back more then 2500 years ago, Thai Yoga Massage is both an invigorating and relaxing form of Traditional Thai Medicine as practiced in Bangkok's Wat Pho. Using a combination of yoga-like stretches, acupressure, and muscle compression, this form of healing is said to be like performing yoga without all the work. The Practitioner uses a combination of hands, feet, knees, and legs to move you through various stretches performed on a mat.


Tok-Sen Massage

 You may be familiar with Percussion Massagers, but long before these came to market, we were practicing similar techniques called Tok-Sen. Using a mallet and various wooden implements, we combine stretches and compression with percussion techniques to really help get deep into the muscles.


Herbal Compress Massage

 The Thai Herbal Compression Massage is a fusion of Thai Massage (Nuad Boran) and Thai Herbal Medicine (Maw Hom) to achieve even greater results. Herbs are formed into either a small or large compress which is then heated using steam to draw out their essential oils. The smaller ball is used in a facial massage while the larger is used for a body massage. A number of techniques are used with the compresses including, pressure, rocking, orbital motions, and dragging and is used in conjunction with other Thai Techniques to work on specific symptoms.


Aromatherapy Thai Oil Massage

An aromatic and relaxing massage performed on a massage table or a mat using a specially formulated blend of oils extracted from herbs and plants found throughout Thailand. A gentle massage is used to help the essential oils penetrate deep into the tissues to make best use of their healing properties.


Foot Massage

 The Thai Foot Massage involves the clearing of the bodies energy lines through massage and acupressure of the feet as well as the lower legs. The Buddhist monks of Thailand passed down this rich traditional healing technique through the generations where it is still taught today at Wat Pho, the center of Traditional Thai Healing Arts. Your feet carry you all day and should be properly taken care of in order to feel at your best. Thai foot massages are one of the best modalities to achieve this sense of well being.
